Look at the cards in http://lotrtcg.blogspot.com/ :o =D>
-
Not really.
-
Also, there are several spelling mistakes.
-
They were made by people in spain, don't expect perfection on the syntax. English probably isn't a first language. The template and pics are cool though :)
-
Well, look at spider web, it's almost unintelligible.
-
Good effort, impressive templates!
Text needs some work ...
Brog's ability is too powerful

Almost? I have no idea what it means ....
-
Sorry for the spelling error friends, I'm from Spain and english it's third language here...
I'm happy if someone could translate the cards correctly... I play with the spanish ones.
Thx 4 the reply Chompers!
-
No problem, but I wonder who is brog?
-
Easy, brog is bear in sindarin lol
-
Ah, that's cool.
-
The Google translation of the spider web from the spanish card says:
If a spider wins a fight, put this card under the loser companion. The movement of the company is -1 unless the wearer or the card is discarded. You can discard Spider Web in a sanctuary like a wound.
Now?
-
There's specific terminology that needs to be used. It could be
"If a spider wins a skirmish, transfer this condition to the companion in that skirmish. The move limit is -1. Each time bearer heals at a sanctuary, discard this condition.
-
The cards look nice. However some of these gametexts need work.
-
I am wondering why a bird would be an archer. That doesn't really seem to make sense to me.
Regardless, I don't think the templates really work in the game because they are too bright. All of the minion templates are a little dull or faded (with the exception of [Raider], but even that isn't a bright, happy yellow).
'A' for effort, 'D' for execution.

How about this .... from Blade Tip ....
Plays to your support area.
Response: If a spider wins a skirmish, transfer this condition from your support area to the losing character. Limit 1 per character. The move limit is -1. Each time bearer heals at a sanctuary, discard this condition instead.
The move limit -1 is a problem if the card is not unique .... if two are in play on different companions ... is the move limit -2? if so, you can't move in a two player game.
Love the templates - send me a personal message if you want some help with gametext or want to share some more :)
-
The move limit can never be zero. You always have to move at least once.

-
Still, it's too powerful to be able to have 4 in play.
-
Thx chompers, I will send you a pdf with the full
animals exp and some cards of the eagles mini exp.
And sorry for the spelling mistakes, I play with the spanish cards here...
-
I like the artwork. But the card's text need to be improved.
-
And for the archer crows, well a kamikaze crow could be dangerous... lol and crows fly like arrows... my archer friends loves the crows when we play a non standard game with the animals exp lol
-
I still don't think the crows should be archers. If anything, make the crows have game text like, "At the start of the archery phase, if you can spot five crows, make the free peoples player wound a companion."

-
I don't mind it, flavorwise it makes sense.
-
Flavor-wise, it makes no sense.

-
LMAO this isn't going anywhere.
-
Perhaps the 'ambush' keyword would be better for a crow.
-
I think ambush would be a neat keyword for the crows. I don't see them using any sort of projectile weapons in any sense so I think that they should not be archers.

-
Great template making, bad card ideas.
-
For the brog beating him would be easy if you have a weak comp--A dwarf guard with a hand axe could beat that bear with only two axe strike skirmish events.
-
...Each time bearer heals at a sanctuary, discard this condition.
Shouldn't that be "...If bearer heals at a sanctuary, discard this condition."?
-
It doesn't matter.
-
These remember me a lot of some visual DC's I saw a long time ago. I don't remember where, but they were awesome.
I think I still can remember the names of some of them: Aragorn, Strider; Aragorn, Last of the Dunedain; Legolas, Nimble Warrior; Andúril, Sword of Kings; Boromir, Gondor's Finest.
