Ok, so I like off the wall ideas in LotR, like Chompers' hobbit swarm, anyway, I had this idea to make a deck that prevents everything that could possibly happen to your minions, so I came up with this...
36 Cards
Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant Of Morgul x2
Grima, Wormtongue x2
Saruman, Master Of Foul Folk x2
Isengard Flanker x4
Isengard Smith x2
Isengard Warrior x4
Warg Master x4
Warg Rider x4
Warg x3
War-Warg x3
Saruman's Power x2
Saruman's Snows x4
Ok, so ideally, your opponent is mostly skirmishing, if not you have Isengard Warrior. Grima takes care of Durin and Enquea kills large fellowships, the combination of Wargs and Saruman's Snows should keep skirmish events and abilities from mattering. A bonus is you can exert Saruman for wargs and Saruman's Snows. Once you kill off the bigger companions, swarm with all your low cost minions. Usually I'm good with cycling since I pair this with a Elven Sword/Glimpse Of Fate Deck.
Possible additions:
Isengard Axe: for twilight and strength since this is a semi-bomb deck that would be good...
Goblin Runner: again, twilight.
Anything that makes warg riders damage or that lets you put them back in your deck.
So comments? Suggestions? Snide Remarks?

Grima CC, for Rainbow woundingdecks
-
AFAK Rainbow wounding decks very often use Slaked thirsts so there is not much point to Grima. There are extremely low chances to use him, but when you do, it's extremely satisfying. ;)

Interesting idea. I'm not sure that 4 Saruman Snows are necessary, especially if you can already use your Wargs to counter the skirmish special abilities. It's a nice way to avoid Cirdan. However, I'm not sure that you will be able to kill all of your opponent's companions with such a deck.

Wait... did i read it right?!?
WHERE IS SARUMAN'S POWER!?!?!?!?
I don't think this deck can in fact kill a solid freeps but if you can get rid of possession, conditions and cancel skirmish stuff you can pretty much slow down most of decks, but you definetly need more minions with stopping power here. I'm not an expert in wargs decks so maybe someone can help you better with that. My suggestions is add sarumans power, definetly, otherwise heavy condition based freeps like knights or condition dwarves would just walk over your minions.

Oops, indeed. To kill all you need Saruman's Power, how sad a card it might be.

Funny, i realized the same thing this morning right before i got on
I like 4x Saruman's Snows cause it prevents skirmish events as well as special abilities
updated a bit

I would consider adding minions like Foul Horde (5R50) that can actually win skirnishes against high st companions intead of the st 5 warg rider.
The point of your deck doesnt seem to be bombing opponent, instead of this playing 2 or 3 fierce minions that will win their skirmishes and cause some damage. For an average swarm to be efective you need at least 6 or 7 minions at one time which i think you could hardly launch with that many non-fighting cards.
i dont know if saruman is also needed, since you have 6 wargs and 4 copies of warg-master which seems enough to play your mounts, and he cost 4 which can make you unable or to play him or to play more stuff (minions, events)...
For start i would change a bit your minions with something like this:
add:
- Foul Horde (5R50) X2
- Sharku, Warg-captain (5R58) X2
- Isengard Rider (5C53) X2
remove:
- Warg Rider x4
- Isengard Flanker x2
If you don't plan to add some Isengard Axe (3C55) i would remove Saruman and add one of the following minions: Orc Overseer (3R65), Orc Commander (3R64) or even Isengard Mechanics (6R68) for some extra crowd control since big companion swarm like ents can't be stopped with just 2 copies of Enquea. If you really like Saruman and wanna keep him i would make the following changes:
- add Isengard Axe (3C55) X3 (adding pool is great for your deck and makes your guys bigger, also helps to "reduce" the cost of Saruman when you play him)
- remove one copy of Saruman's Snows; Isengard Warrior and Warg.
I think the deck idea is nice, if you keep improving it you will have a shadow with at least a good stopping power. Since it's a deck that can use Saruman's Power (my favorite card) maybe i will try some version of it :)
Let me know when you do some playtesting...

Ok just play tested the deck it is definitly more stopping then killing though my swarm idea did work except Sam was there and kept the creeps alive
