Title: Stern Words

I know this has been discussed but couldn't find it and am not sure of the answers..

Does Stern Words allow you to have nine cards (or twelve cards if you have four copies of Stern Words in play) in your hand at the end of the turn? (Like Ring of Terror etc)..

Do you return it to hand before or after reconciling?

Yes it does similar to isildur from bloodlines

'At/til end of turn' effects resolve after the Free Peoples player stops moving and reconciles.
