Title: Peter Jackson in negotiations for the Hobbit....

That's good news, as long as he makes it a The Lord of the Rings and not a King Kong :)

It means I think that Peter Jackson did a great job directing The Lord of the Rings and a poor job directing King Kong, and that I hope he does a great job directing The Hobbit.

lol, me thinks the opposite; the beginning is lovely, you feel like tis movie was made in the early 80s or something like that.
but consider this opinion under the circumstance that it's from a 17 years old guy who watches LotR, Star Wars, RWJ and Kurusawa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akira_Kurosawa). ;)
