interesting, as I haven't got magicworkstation and I can't look at the cards precicely, I know most of them. Is Coldsnap still Extended? If yes, you could take the Spell that gives you 2 (R) and 1 extra (R) for each copy in your graveyard. Just an idea. The rest looks good, as it seems.
-
Nah, Coldsnap rotated, unfortunately. You're thinking Rite of Flame, back when PLC was still standard, I ran that.
-
dam*, I loved that one...
I still remember good old Mind's Desire times... that was my favorite.
-
Why not try out D-Storm using Spinerock Knoll and Pyromancer's Swath? Also, Browbeat is just meh. Won't ever do what you want, which means it'll be a subpar effect for a high cost, most of the time.
-
Either draw into something or lower necessary storm count by 1 (for the Hellkites).
I actually like it.

You are giving opponents something to do with their counters, and you´re not adding storage counters due to tapping out (or mostly). I'm not sure it's worth it, specially with Lightning Bolt back. I'd drop the non-hellkite dragons, probably one D-Storm, and go the Pyromancer's Swath/Damage/Spinerock Knoll shortcut. Now if only there was some way to tap out their lands... Gigadrowse is a big miss...
