Title: Search and Stealth

What is the point of these 2 key words? (search and stealth) are they just unloaded keywords?  Is there some special thing about them of which I am unaware?

yep, but there's lots of fun with the whole theme including cards like wariness (ket?) and so on. Hibbits hide, so they use Stealth cards, and Trackers hunt the Hobbits, so they use search cards.

How did you know that this is a Fellowship Block All-Star to me? Did we ever play on GCCG, where I killed you at site 5 when you tried to use a Hobbit Stealth?

I think I've gotten about half the members here with that one.
