Title: Hunters rare in RoS Booster

I opened a pack of RoS and got a RF Ring of Savagery and also got an Aragorn, Thorongil in the same pack. A set 15 rare in a set 17 pack, anyone ever seen this?

Aragorn, Thorongil was underprinted in Hunters, so it was replaced as an uncommon in RoS packs.

Specifically, it was reprinted as the 121st card on the uncommon RoS sheet (40 uncommons, each printed 3 times on a sheet is 120 cards; a sheet is 11 cards across by 11 cards up and down, making 121 cards on a sheet).
