hi at all!

My is question when gets +4, when an elf is an archer o when a minion is archer?

It gains the bonus from a minion archer only. The elf has to be skirmishing an archer being one doesn't help.

[Elven] don't need anything else to make them stronger.

even though it's useless in Elven Archery...
