Well women in Tolkien's book have been the debate of scholars through out the years. Was he a sexist, was it the Zeitgeist etc etc. I am trying to make an effort in showing that the few women in his book, are real stars...but I am afraid they need some male help to make it..we'll see. If all goes right (seeing hardly any minions and no corruption) it should do reasonably good. But it is not a tournament winner, it is fun to play (I hope)
Shadow is all about tossing trolls at your opponent. As many as possible, don't be afraid of using ithil stone, it hurts trowing them too!
Take up the glove I am trowing here.....built me a deck, worthy of female power!

Heey... that's my shadow ;)
I suggest a few more of the cheapest orcs you can find, just so you can meet the spotting requirements of Troll of Cirith Gorgor or even Troll of Gorgoroth more easily.
-
Galadriel, Bow with Atar and Ring of Adamant is excellent when combined with The Splendor of Their Banners. With two copies of that one and 4 Double Shot, you're good to go, as you'll chocke like #$&*@! and kill like crazy. Maybe another Ring of Adamant for mroe healing and to make forearmed even better.
I'm not keen with that kind of Shadow, but it seems that it will be pretty hard to pull a cheap orc early for your spotting requieremnt, so as hrcho pointed out.
-
Orc Ambusher is probably the best choice. He costs 1 and lowers the roaming penalty.
-
Add Uruviel, Maid of Lorien because Sabine Crossen is super-fine!
Oh, wait, this was supposed to not be sexist.
-wtk
-
ket, he's still trying to get something competitive.. andimagine his wife seeing this topic.. what would she think of us? ;)
I can't believe I didn't make a joke about packing a Frying Pan in there!
but even though it's sexist, it deserves a cookie. brilliant. :gp:
-
YEah, drop 1 Elf Song and add Melilot Brandybuck!
-
Will certainly add her. Didn't think of the Shire chicks...they are not my cup of tea I assume
-
A little short, just like Galadriel's a little old. Which makes sense considering that I suspect the inspiration for her character is H. Haggard's book "She".
Tolkien was a rather interesting man.
-
Where's glorfindel? His ability and feminine features are perfect for this deck!
-
Add four copies of Lorien Elf. Also, I am unconvinced that Guma, Plains Farmer is a man.

Edit: I am starting to wonder about the role of women in your deck, Heije.
-
I have nothing to say about the deck but while checking it i saw your "abuser of the force" at the left site... next to the "ladies". it made my day
-
Are their "lady trolls" ?
I'd like to think so ...
