Title: Users Removed
Post by: hrcho on September 04, 2010, 02:52:35 PM: About 10 minutes ago something weird happened on GCCG. 10 user accounts have been removed consecutively.

User account Andros removed.
User account Bulgarina removed.
...brwey... Linucran... mogadishu...MshiniWam... Drizzt...slam...kapela...101

Does anyone know why and how this has happened? I suppose administrators have something to do with it, but it's still puzzling as to why would they remove those accounts.

I've never played on GCCG... is there a reward system for winning games?

Post by: ket_the_jet on September 07, 2010, 12:34:50 PM: You get game money which can be used to purchase packs or cards. While you can play a game with any card, if you play a game without stand-ins, you get a promo after each completed game.

Post by: hrcho on September 08, 2010, 03:21:50 PM: I've just seen 2 of the users (Andros and kapela) that were previously removed online on GCCG. They are starting from square one, though, since they have no money except for the starting 100$ and no games played. I assume they were allowed to return.

I also noticed that God is back.

Nope, some of these players were quite active.

Mayhaps. I don't really know why they got pruned and why some of them got back (with clean sheet account) and while some of them really seemed the type to cheat around, the others were just normal players, as far as I know.

Too bad if they have played fairly at a later time, it was not fair to honest players anyway.
No harm except having to collect fairly from the beginning.

And don't come with some lame excuse, I only wipe users with obvious cheating.
