Fascinating.

I would run Madril, Faramir's Aide with Hardy Garrison.

This is close to a similar, but better (and less fun and creative) deck that runs Gimli, Bearer of Grudges, Legolas, Dauntless Hunter, Merry, Friend to Sam, and Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver. Shadowplay, Unheeded, and the other wounding classics, plus you can add A Light In His Mind and have fun with that...

I think you should be using Gimli's Battle Axe Trusted Weapon.  Wounding Orcs is nice, but if they're not playing orcs it's less helpful.  Otherwise it looks pretty nice.

Also, if you're thinking of using Madril, you'd need something to make them roaming later in the game or else just kill him when the time comes.  Something like Second Level or Third Level.  If you use those, maybe even Greatest Stronghold.

changed battle axe to trusted weapon.

i did see the deck you posted, ket. it does look good, but seemed a little too big for comfort.. i thought that big of a deck would only go well with moria. Also, i thought finally being able to use skilled defender would be fun (never saw him in a deck build here before) hehehehe

im also thinking of swapping frodo with an aragorn signet frodo. what do you guys think?

i thought that big of a deck would only go well with moria.

Did you mean to say, "I never thought a deck that big and largely event based on the Free Peoples' side would go well with a card that discards three card from hand on most turns?

perhaps. im not saying your build isn't good, it is good. but i feel this deck can go well with more shadow decks.

also, i came up with this while looking at my album and seeing skilled defender, baruk khazad and toss me and thinking that i should get those rares out of my album and put them in a deck. hehe ended up not using baruk khazad either way though:)
