Title: Strong Arms

So I'm thinking of using Strong Arms, but I was wondering if the keyword plains remains even when it's your opponent's turn.  I wouldn't think so since the card isn't active, but I don't know if giving a site a keyword works differently.

Since the "plains" keyword is from your Free Peoples card, which is not active during your opponents turn, the "plains" keyword is not added during your opponent's turn.
