Title: Newbie question about allies

Hello! First of all, please sorry for my bad english, I do my best...  :)

I have a question about allies rules.

"Allies can participate in archery and skirmish actions when the fellowship is at their home site" I understand this part, but...

Can I use the special ability of the text box in any time of the game or only when the fellowships is at the ally home site?

You can use special abilities of an ally at any site.
