I have come across a strange card and im not sure what it is. The card is a goblin archer card number 1R172. but the card seems to be plastic or textured or something. Any clue what it could be?
-
pics or didn't happen
-
I dont think a photo will show what the card looks like.
-
could have fooled me - i thought thats exactly what they did.
-
Ill try..How do I post a pic in here?
-
I have that card and it looks fine.
-
You have to attach the picture as a file, I think....unless there's a way to embed the picture in your post, which I doubt. XD
-
New guy I also have other copies of that card and they are normal, this one is different.
-
Be sure to have other, regular cards in the picture so we can compare.
-
It's probably a foil.. Haha.
-
no its not a foil. foil cards do not have a texture to them as this one does. I would know a foil card
-
Proxy, maybe... or you got it from the same person I traded with. Cards came covered in so much chalky/sweaty stuff their texture changed.
-
no I thought about it being dirty and thats not it. (https://lotrtcgwiki.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.flickr.com%2Fphotos%2F11193992%40N08%2F5190318010%2F&hash=a9463c9781f8e6dd194a1fca3a5699cd2b623bbf)

looks like plain ol' water damage to me, but that's without being able to feel the actual texture

well, it IS unique. So, in a sea of lots and lots of practically cards you have a card apart to look at. Chin up and keep a stiff upper lip ;)
