Can somebody explain to me the concept of Sealed Deck Event and how it is done in GCCG? Also, how do you place bets on the tables?

This might not be much help, but with Control-I you can import the starter deck lists and just play those. But if you are talking about an actual draft, can't help you there.

I know how to play sealed on the ME CCG GCCG but I dont know if its the same...

Sealed is identical to MECCG: switch to sealed mode, buy whatever you want/are allowed, play.
IIRC, I also included sealed deck legality checks.
