Title: Greenleaf and Aragorn's Bow

Let's say Greenleaf or Aragorn's Bow is in play on the freeps side and Final Strike and Gollum are in play on the shadow side. If a Free Peoples uses archery action and exerts Legolas (or Aragorn) to wound a minion, then Gollum prevents that with Final Strike, does Legolas (or Aragorn) add to the archery total?

Yes. The fact that they don't add to the archery total is part of the ability's effect. Final Strike cancels the effect.
