Not really sure what I was aiming for here, so help me please.
At the moment, start with the 2 Hobbits, Gorn and the Prowler. Pulling Gandalf is the problem as it revolves around his death causing potential.

You could try Brooding on Tomorrow. That a cool card if you get some active way of discarding cards from hand like Rohirrim Guard.
Goes like these: you lose initiative discarding card from hands (or maybe playing some event) until get with 3. Then Brooding, Hardy and A Light in His Mind triggers... so you discard a condition, remove a burden and wound a minion. After that you make some minion roaming and kill it with Pippin getting four card back in hand. Discard another one and do it all again! Still minion and conditions on the table? Well return Merry to hand and...well, yeah, again :hey:
Obviously you do that only if you don´t inttend to move again or have many companion on play... If you use guard to do the trick make sure you let his minion to be the last to die...
In order to don´t let the deck grows huge maybe cut some Gandy event and Rohirrim Bow to put the Guards (or the extra comp you choose) and Brooding...
I Know you are intending to remove twilight with Gandalf to discard some condition with Firefoot but i think The Brooding combo worth a try.

Wow! I can tell! It seems to me that you're running for some sort of initiative style deck. So, I would try going for something like starting Faramir, BoQ, bouncing hobbits, and Rumil, with a better Gorn nabbed via pony and Gandalf getting drawn.
Why Rumil? Because then you can run tons of copies of comps with Refuge! They also make great dumpers. To lose initiative, try Rohirrim Guard as well, 4 copies, of course. Then pack your Hardy Garrison, Brooding on Tomorrow and A Light In His Mind and voila! You've got the barebones of a solid deck. Possibly toss in some Shadowplay/Unheeded fun, love Rohirrim Guard/Unheeded combo.
Sound like something you'd be interested in?

three times the board is set is to much...
...forget Strider... why don't you play as follows:
Isildur Ringbearer + Gandalf LoM + Pippin Wobas + Merry Swordthain
Pull with prancing pony gondorian prowler, burn him with saved from the fire... and pull Narsil, Anduril and Thorongil...
with the next sftr you burn gandy and pull sent back, PG and something else...
what do you think?

Start Faramir RB, Rohirrim Guard/Rumil and the 2 Hobbits. Nab Aragorn via Prancing Pony. Draw Gandalf, running 4 copies, and then pack 4x Home and Hearth. Right there, you've got a very nice engine.
Pack 4 copies of Shadowplay and the Twofoot/unheeded engine, then suddenly, you've got Shadowplay, Unheeded, Gorn's Bow, Gandy's Spells (which are awesome w/ Herb Bag and PG), initiative loss + Hardy Garrison and burden removal via Home and Hearth, condition discarding, etc.
