Now that's a bit better of a deck.

First thing I'm asking is why you're packing all these toys for Theoden if you're using Theoden, Tall and Proud. And please run Eowyn's Sword, Dernhelm's Blade.

Shadow seems solid. I would pack more War Club. And 1x Gothmog, Lieutenant of Morgul, which I am convinced should be splashed in every heavy site control deck.
