Title: GCCG username and favorite formats!

Since I am working on integrating TLHH and GCCG, I've added both a "GCCG username" and a "Favorite formats" field to your profiles! Please go to your profile setup (http://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/index.php?action=profile;sa=forumProfile) and scroll to the bottom of the page to fill them out. Even if you don't play online, why not let us know what you like to play?

These will also obsolete the outdated "Master Online Players List."

Actually, more space was being taken up by the shop mod! I went ahead and disabled it for the moment until I have time to work on it.
