I gave a lot of tought about this topic days ago... My favourite cultures are:
Elves (because of the archery)
Gondor (great companions)
Moria orcs (my first shadow, i learned how to play the game with them and was impressed by lategame playing and adding twilight)
Nazguls (corrupting and killing companions one by one)
-
Moria is definitely one of the most fun to play.
And as Rohan was my first Fellowship it has a special place in my heart, though Hobbits are probably more fun for me to play.
-
Nazgul by far! nothing like the look in your opponents eyes as his ring bearer is slowly covered with little black corruption markers mwuahaha
For the fellowship i always loved ents, so Gandalf culture.

I think it would be pointless mentioning my favorite culture... I'm just sayin'... ;)

I think he is referring to his username and avatar....

<3 for dwarven tank.

Dwarves were my favorite before Reflections and while I still like them, they're just not the same. It's all about Durin being huge now and that's not as much fun. So right now my favorites would have to be Elves and Rohan.
Nazgul were my favorite since the beginning. I was the only person in my meta to have a Nazgul deck (they all traded me their rares, boy did they regret that) and I've probably played every conceivable strategy with them since. I also like Raider and Sauron.
-
Personally, my Elves are my strongest, but I like Gondor. Especially my deck based around Boromir, the Doomed Heir
My favorite minions are prolly Orcs.
-
I love hobbits just watching your noob opponents (myself included) thinking they can slaughter those 3 strength companions only to realize that they're actually 20 strength. :hey:
I'm stuck between Nazgul and moria though. Moria helps your deck cycle like crazy and then there's the satisfaction of getting 9 minions out using only 4 pool. Nazgul by far! nothing like the look in your opponents eyes as his ring bearer is slowly covered with little black corruption markers mwuahaha
True
But then as the first deck I played and my current Gondor and Men minions will always have a special place with me.

Gondor and Gandalf
-
Fellowship: Elves
My first deck was elves and I use them more than any other fellowship.
Shadow: Nazgul

Gon....wait for it... DOR!
Easterlings. Not man, not raiders, easterlings. Sadly, they didn't get much love. You can corrupt with them and thats about it.... I gues if you play post shadows you can do a bit more with them, but corruption is about all they got going for them.

Shire and Uruk-Hai.

Are you kidding? When I play Easterlings, I look for two, four burdens tops. And then it's all Easterling Captain.

Tuche, i guess they can skirmish pretty well. Still we all know that the skirmish is not how you win lotr. It's all about... Well, whatever the theme of your deck is. Swarm, discard, corruption, running, ent'ing, etc, etc
-
Well, Beasterlings is quite winning. Easterling Captain with Polearm and red Wrath made its share of victories. It doesnt just win skirmishes, it eliminates companions.
