I love Wraith-World.  Always will, always have.  This deck essentially a Wraith-World launch.

So the Free Peoples could use some improvements, although it works okay as is and requires very little setup.  I have some questions about undirected wounding (Double Shot) in a directed wounding deck, but I can't think of a better replacement. I also have what is essentially a free card slot in Lend Us Your Aid which I should probably use for either Phial of Galadrial or another ally.

The minion side is very simple.  I made the controversial choice to not use any It Wants to Be Found because I wanted to focus on exhausting the ringbearer.  So far it works really well until I run into Frodo wearing ATAR, and then it hardly works at all. :-)

I'd add a few Fell Beast.  They help cycle and make your Witch-King fierce which will allow more wounds on the ring bearer and help take out Frodo and AtAR
