Ok I've been manually giving "God" all my excess C/Us over the past few days, is there any way at all to make this process simpler and faster?
-
Yes, there is; however, don't know that Kralik would share that one.
That said, the up arrow on the keyboard will load up the previous statement, so you can press "up-enter" as many times as you want to get rid of cards quickly. I figure you already knew that, but I thought I would post it for anyone else who didn't.

An easier way is to bind a keyboard shortcut. /help bind, /help bindk, /help unbind.
An even easier way it to wait until Kralik programs something better.
-
From my own .txt file that I have in GCCG:
TO BIND:
Type: /bind /give God <cardname>
Press a key, for example, "g".
A message will appear saying binding successfull.
Pressing "g" will now give God the card.
TO UNBIND:
Type: /unbind
Press the key you entered, in this case, "g".
A message will appear saying unbinding successfull.
Note: The UP arrow helps a lot in GCCG.

dude, kralik, did you make God yell at me? or was it someone else?
-
I got nailed by
"God Yells L3333 STOP GIVING ME YOUR JUNKY CARDS"
-
Give him some rares as well then
-
Lol, I've been yelled at by God too. He and Judge accused me of cheating :P
-
what is god's avatar? i can't make it out, it looks like a mashed hampster or something

I was wondering the same thing. I then went to graphics subfolder in my GCCG folder and looked it up. It turns out to be a Nuclear Mushroom.
-
everyone knows that the God of the Universe is a Nuclear Mushroom...
-
He wouldn't be a shiitake mushroom, this makes way more sense
-
1) i am a noob
2) why would you give cards to God
3) bind and then type in what. and then a key stroke to make that key do what you wrote?
4) i am a noob

after a while, your collection becomes extremely large and you have nothing you can do with them except dump them away. it is just a way of thinning your collection.
-
"If you giveth to God, God shall bestow upon you!"
-
"If you giveth to God, God shall bestow upon you!"
That's not in the Bible. It doesn't even make sense grammatically. Bestow is a transitive verb, therefore it must have a direct object. What shall God bestow upon you?

That's what RPG players do when you actually make them roleplay, they simply come up with whatever would sound the most bizarre, and spew it out. That is an exact quote by a Cleric one of my friends played, when someone in the group asked him why they should pay for healing spells.

Haven't you ever tried the /shred command? I added it for this exact reason -- less spam, faster, and much more entertaining!
-
Yes, those lines are awesome to read! Try it, just make sure you understand the command. When you say Shred 4, you`ll shred all copies BUT four of that card (so if you have 5 and shred 1, you'll actually lose 4 copies, be careful).

It's a little counter-intuitive, but much easier to manage since you can go over your entire collection with /shred 4 and not have to count the cards.
