Have ALL the promo cards, a foil version? If not, is there a list of the foil promo cards?

anethang55 has mislisted nonfoil cards as foil before. I was taken once by her. I wouldn't believe that listing.

yes. it is a mistake.
Cards 0p11 & 0p26 are only non foil.

Yep, they do. But they are virtually uncirculated, because they were printed supposedly for a league kit to support Hunters Block tournaments that never happened. I guess, they were never properly distributed to - or then, by - dAgents (just like the 0P127), but they WERE printed, albeit in probably small numbers.

0D13 and 0D14 kept surfacing on ebay over the last two years, so you can presume that a stash of those cards made it to a re-seller, but the others remain in the netherworld of latter-day lotr tcg chaos...

The league promos (0P62-0P67) are rare, because the unclaimed copies were destroyed by decipher. Maybe this is what happened to (most of) the 0D9-14? Who knows at this point?
