So does anyone know what a LOTR Deckbuilding list is? Because their's a couple(Horn of Boromir and Fireworks Deckbuilding lists)so just wondering is all.  ;D

They were just promo (not in the promo 0 set sense, but promotional none the less) cards that detailed decks to use the cards listed.

$18 is way too much... There are a couple guys selling some in the marketplace for much MUCH less.
