I have been experimenting with the Free People's part of this deck, its inconsistent, although I have made some changes here that I haven't play tested yet.
The Shadow is okay. Dark as Darkness is there to put more pressure on the RB, and Shelob paralyses annoying companions. The King path is a bit annoying for Slippery as Fishes, but I may have to put in The Dimholt and City of the Dead to make it worthwhile.

I think you need more healing on your Free Peoples side. You have a lot of cards requiring exertions, but no other ways to heal. Maybe Moment of Respite and a couple copies of Have Patience would do the trick.
For your shadow, I would even use a couple We Must Have It to pump Gollum's strength so he can win more skirmishes. He may have trouble winning early and this could help you out.

For the freeps, I suggest you get some healing. Especially on Gandalf, since TMAYOD, Let Us Not Tarry and Not the First Halfling all require Gandalf to exert. Also Brego instead of one copy of Horse of Rohan seems like a better choice.
As for the shadow, since you're going for corruption, you might take 4x Easterling Lieutenant and 2x Easterling Guard, because Lieutenant is cheaper and you would keep the same number of cards, although I'd go 4:4. Evil Smelling Fens can help in that manner to pull those Easterlings back from discard.
You might also consider a copy or two of A Dark Shape Sprang. It's a very unexpected card and I won the game more than once with it.

P.S. You might consider taking more copies of Gandalf and Radagast instead of AWINL for some extra healing.

I have AWinL because I kept clogging up with Gandalf cards in my hand. With it, I filter out Gandalf quickly and don't get stuck playing another copy of Radagast. I did have Aragorn and the Ring of Barahir but it wasn't working, as it meant a 6th companion with no Enquea protection.
I might add 1 more of each Easterling and 2x Have Patience or 2x Moment of Respite... whats the best idea? Also, I may need some more swarm protection as I got swarmed last night.

PATHS would be a good choice, especially since you are running Doom Drove Them. Add a copy of Baggins Heirloom or Bane of Eight Legs and you should have little trouble with swarm with the amount of pumps you have. You might consider dropping Servant of the Secret Fire for two more copies of TMAYOD.
- A different copy of Frodo would be better since you have no [shire] allies. Frodo, Wicked Masster seems like a good choice as it has a Gandy signet and he can defend himself a bit better (especially with Doom Drove Them in play)
- Snowmane is useless in your deck because you will most likely add enough pool during skirmish for your opponent to counter it.
- If you will be adding more cards in your deck, Moment of Respite is a must to help with cycling.
- I'd also rather go with Such a Weight to Carry instead of The Binding Ring as Narya is the only ring in your deck and it's not worth 2 burdens. Not to mention the strength bonus and archery protection that SAWTC provides.

I would drop extra copies of Stinker to add We Must Have It.
Also replace Rider's Mount for Brego. I dont think you need Not the First Halfling, since your other conditions also requires you to exert and your healing is not that awesome.
TMAYOD have a +3 limit so i think you can drop one of your guys (probably Radagast) To add Eomer (i would go With TmotR, but you can search for some other with Gandy Signet) and add Firefoot to keep him def + 1 (so he can eventually saves your #$&*@! against swarms).
