Title: Why is Thorongil overpowered ? I don't understand

I have seen reference to that card saying it is overpowered but I don't understand how.  ???

4 twilight for an effective str 10 companion with a "built-in" archery. It isn't so much that he is OP, it is the evidence of the blatant power creep introduced by decipher which killed the game. Gorn did not need a 2 point str jump. Gimli did not need a 3 point str jump, I would also argue that legolas did not need a 1 point str jump but outside the archery phase legolas is horrid! Of all the hunter comps I think legolas benefited the most without disturbing game balance. lol
