Why was relics of moria banned in Movie? any specifiek reason?? No new moria cards except 'legion' was introduced in the movie block. still relics was banned for movie? y?

Probably because the combo with Goblin Armory proved to be too powerful. Also, with the new Balrogs that could be played anywhere (and that tower that reduced their cost), this also gave you a free way to Goblin Spear them anytime (probably for free of even adding twilight, due to the aforementioned combo), making Balrogs a pretty powerful strategy - not to mention piling burdens like crazy.

Y wasnt it banned in the previous blocks then? the balrog came out in the 6th serie i guess..

Relics was added to the X-list at the same time as Frying Pan.  Decipher was worried that with Frying Pan banned Moria would be too strong, so they banned Relics.  You may be able to find the original web article where they give all the reasoning if you use the internet archive to search the old dgma site.
