Title: collection database

hi all
i'm after putting my collection onto a data base. ive come across zorbecks deckbuilder but unlike his call of cthulhu database the LOTR one just seems to be a deckbuilder also there is no art which is a big disappoinment.
What do you guys use to collate your collections

Binders..... JK...well, I do not store them in a computer, I have them in binders and the rest, I just keep up to 4 copies of each card. The rest is left in a sparebox.

I keep Rares, Foils, and Promos in a binder and all commons and Uncommons in boxes.

If you're talking about on the computer, I still use the old LOTROnline software. It has all the art, the cards are searchable, and its got a really good deckbuilder.

Hi,

my physical collection is stored in binders (up to 4 copies of each card), the spare cards are stored in boxes.

To digitally keep track of my collection I use a selfmade excel sheet.

For deck building I still use the LOTR Online client software.

Is there someway to access this online client still?  I'd like something to help me build decks easier.

You prob shouldn't rezz 2-month old topics.
But if you want something to help you build decks easier, Zorbec's decklist builder is the best. And there is a way to get the images on there.

I believe the link still works.

I don't think Zorbec's is nearly as good, but your opinion may differ.

Thanks everyone.  I did load and try both of them.  Zorbec's seemed much more in depth to me, but my pea brain had difficulty with the complexity of it.  I may come back to it later when I am looking for something more robust, but for now the online version from the online game works fine for me.  Much better than trying to do it by hand.  I was able to load the program simply enough and within a matter of minutes I was building decks with the sorting features.  Very nice.  Thanks.

I have a small culture and event themed binder. Many of my cards I store in sleeved decks safely protected in small insulated boxes.

Some of those decks I don't even play with. I call them "reserve decks". Most of my cards will be in mint condition 60 years from now or when I pass on, whichever comes soonest.
