Here goes nothing just another deck idea from me. Been awhile since I was active on forums and was just bored enough to give a new deck idea a try. Here is what I came up with, might be week cause I don't do much Movie Block (infact I normal stick to standard and expanded).
Frodo and Ring
*The One Ring, Such a Weight to Carry(7R2)
*Frodo, Son of Drogo(1C290)
Fellowship (31)
3x *Treebeard, Earthborn(4R103)
1x *Merry, Learned Guide(4C310)
1x *Pippin, Woolly-footed Rascal(4C314)
1x *Sam, Needer of Vittles(7C326)
4x A Promise(2R112)
2x Birthday Present(10R104)
4x Shadowplay(10U114)
4x Hobbit Sword-play(2U103)
4x Power According to His Stature(1R308)
4x Unheeded(8R115)
3x Hobbit Sword(1C299)
Strategy:
Basic idea is to get your shadowplay and unheeded / Hobbit Sword-play thing going. What you cant kill you can assign to Merry or Pippin, use their texts stack em on Treebeard to replay later. On your next turn use Birthday Present to get either Unheeded or Hobbit Sword-Play back in hand then replay your stacked hobbits to remove the burdens with Sam's text, and rinse and repeat. Power According to His Stature is here in case you can't keep Frodo from fighting (he is a bit stronger than Sam anyway). A Promise in here to give Sam and Frodo enough Strength to hopefully survive an overwhelm. Not only can you use Merry and Pippin as pincushions from Unheeded and Shadowplay (since they will get more than likely get discarded onto Treebeard) but you can exert them to heal up Frodo if he does see some action.
So basically exert exert exert then wound with Merry/Pippin abusing Shadowplay with either Unheeded or Hobbit Sword-play send them to Treebeard with the minions you decide to leave for them clearing their wounds. Add burdens with Birthday Present to get those wounding cards back in hand, remove fresh burdens by replaying them, and in a pinch you can possibly kill with Frodo and PAtHS and heal him up with the tree hugging hobbit duo.
Let me know what you think and if I messed up somewhere with errata or just overlooked some movie block rules forgive me I don't fool around in this format much .

One card you really need: The Shire Countryside. Every time you replay the Hobbits, you can heal a lot of wounds. I think you'll need some mass healing for this deck. Tale of the Great Ring will also come in handy during skirmish you should probably have 1 or 2 of those. Another thing that could be nice is A Talent for Not Being Seen. Deny some twilight and make them play less minions and makes them easier to kill. Just a couple thoughts.

The Shire Countryside wont heal my companions as it says when a burden is removed excepted by a hobbits game text and burdens are being peeled by a hobbit's game text when the unbound ones are played correct? I thought about A Talent for not being seen but figured I would need something to assign so I could get Merry and/or pippin discarded and on Treebeard to remove their wounds from Shadowplay, Unheeded, and Hobbit Sword-play. If they are exhausted during the next shadow phase I'm kinda gonna eat everything that is played against me and that's not good news. As for Tale of the Great Ring I shouldn't have much a problem during skirmished I wouldn't imagine considering I'm going to kill the bad ones as they are played and what I let remain will more than likely get cancelled when I discard Merry and Pippin. Biggest obstacle IMO would be noticing what I'm playing against, Knowing what to kill as played and manage twilight so Merry and/or Pippn can be discarded with leaving too much twilight for their texts to be nullified. Even if there is twilight left Frodo can finish some off with Paths and hopefully Sam is strong enough to not get overwhelmed until I can hit a sanctuary for him. Thanks for the input and if fighting shows signs of deck falling apart The Tale of the Great Ring will be squeezed in somehow for sure .

You can't use both treebeard and sam since they are both fellowship actions.

Maybe Sam, Great Elf Warrior would be the most suitable replacement. A copy or two of The Tale of the Great Ring would definitely be helpful and I think you need more Hobbit Sword**** since you are discarding the hobbits and there is no recursion for those (rendering Hobbit Sword-Play worthless).
Where is Sting, Baggins Heirloom? Mind Your Own Affairs? The emergency copy of The Tale of the Great Ring?
