Title: Rampaging again

I'm not sure what this card is supposed to mean but Rampaging Easterling says each time another minion wins a skirmish.  Does this mean that if ie: 2 minions are on a def +1 comp and they win, then RE is +6 or +3?  +6 because they both won the skirmish, or +3 because they won one skirmish?

All those minions would be considered as "winning a skirmish", so Rampaging Easterling would gain his +3 strength for each winning minion.
