Why Pokémon module can´t be installed on Gccg?
Isn´t is played anymore, or there is a mistake by me?

Magic is still up and running, Pokemon was ocne made by the original GCCG creator by the name of wigy. He made it for the kids of a friend of his. Its kinda abandoned (and it had only the first 2-3 sets).

I played that game for the first 3 sets! Of course I myself was a kid then.... by kid I mean a very old kid... like 12 or something

WLK doesn't run GCCG anymore; Kralik does. I know he made the LotR and ME:CCG modules available; I don't know about Pokemon or Magic.

To clarify, I'm only running the LotR GCCG server. Other servers are... there? Not sure.
