Thinking of building this. 34 cards. Pairing with Moria swam, so it could get a touch bigger if necessary. Wanting it to be a fairly solid, elf deck that I can play casually with, that covers its bases. And cheap. So Greenleaf might (probably will) get dropped for something else.
Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms
The One Ring, Answer to All Riddles
1x Arwen, Queen of Elves and Men (Start)
1x Legolas, Greenleaf (Start)
2x Cirdan, The Shipwright
2x Aegnor, Elven Escort
3x Lorien Swordsman
2x Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad
4x Elven Bow
1x Gwemegil
1x Long-Knives of Legolas
1x Phial of Galadriel
1x The Splendor of their Banners
4x Gondor Bowmen
2x Feathered
2x Valor
2x A Grey Ship
3x Company of Archers
2x Defend It And Hope
Rohirrim Road
Rohirrim Camp
Hall of the Kings
Anduin Banks
City Gates
Minas Tirith Seventh Circle
Ruined Capitol
Northern Ithilien
Haunted Pass
Strategy- Shoot a bit and fight a bit and cover your bases a bit. Lorien Swordsman is good for chumping or if your opponent doesn't enforce the rule of 5.

So...I realized how heavy I am on events, and how I'm not gonna be able to use them all immediately, meaning that could impede hand setup for a [Moria] swarm. Consequently, I'm switching the Double Shots for Gondor Bowmen with an Isildur RB for a couple of reasons.
1). Plays immediately- is also free. Cycling.
2). Intimidation- May stop opponent from dropping stuff if he sees Gondor Bowmen ready to clean up- meaning hand clog for him- meaning swarm is more potent for me.

For sure dump the Phail for Sam, Son Of Hamfast. He's a common, (cheaper) and is at least 3+ resistance, as opposed to just two for phail. Other than that... Maybe put in an Aragorn package? Dumping both Valor, both Defend It And Hope, And the Long Knives for 3x Aragorn, Ranger Of The North or Elessar Telcontar and 2x Aragorn's bow... other than that... Not sure. I looks solid at the least.
The biggest problem is actually synergy at this point. Moria and Elves don't match well since Elves are so event intensive, and Moria demands cycling from the other half. Maybe a more telepathy/initiative based deck with elven sword?

Yeah, I'm actually considering swapping it so that my elves run with corsairs and my Trust Me runs with my Moria. The reason is because I wanted to build an Elf archery deck and I already have a Moria side built.
Sam's a companion- meaning Rule of 5 = Enquea killing me off, may not get the boost if I draw him without any burdens on me, also costs [2] and [1] per site.
