Title: Return to it's Master

One of the guys in my group says that Return to it's Master is A) Illegal B) useless.  According to him cards that assign the RB to a skirmish IE Southron Commander were made illegal during TTT as they were too powerful.  I am not sure and would appreciate an answer.

I had a question about this card and rather than create a new post; I'll just ask it here.

When it says "If the Ring-bearer wears The One Ring at the end of a skirmish phase..."
does it mean "If the Ring-bearer is wearing The One Ring at the end of a skirmish phase..."

or

"If the Ring Bearer just wore the One Ring at the end of a skirmish..."

I'm inclined to believe the first option, but any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. The first option is correct. Same thing.
