Title: Foreign LOTR-TCG Sellers

I'm looking to get my hands on some foreign Moria foils, but to find everything I'm looking for, I figured looking abroad might be the best idea.  Can anyone recommend any foreign LOTR sellers that could help me with my search?  Any help is appreciated.

While not strictly "foreign", I recently saw a full Moria foil set go on ebay for $50. That probably would be a good place to start.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I don't want Mines of Moria foils.  I need Moria culture foils and they MUST be NON-ENGLISH.
