Title: Radagast Deceived

If I have Saruman out and I heal him during a skirmish phase, it will make Radagast Deceived a fierce wizard minion. Does Radagast get to fight two skirmishes or only the fierce one? Same goes for Alatar Deceived.

That is incorrect. He would only fight during the fierce phase.

Ket is right. Since you're already past the regular assignment phase, and Radagast was "unassigned," he only gets to be assigned once after the regular skirmish phase.
