Title: Gimli, CoF and BRC

I exert Gimli, Counter of Foes to play Blood Runs Chill, and nothing affects his damage bonus. What is the value of X, 1 or 3? Not like I ever played that Gimli, or dwarfs at all, but I'm curious :D

Since you spot him with +X damage before you exert him twice, X = 1.

That's what I get for reading only one of the two cards before asking my question...
