Title: Help with Installing

My friend is trying to install GCCG on his computer and it's not working.  He downloaded the zip folder and unzipped it, but when he tries to install the game nothing happens.  He agreed to the security warning on the install, but it never proceeds any further than that.  He has Vista and I'm wondering if GCCG is compatible with that OS.  Otherwise, I'm not sure how to help him with this.

I run GCCG on Vista and w7 and it works perfectly, so that is not the issue. If i remeber correctly i needed tu run the installer as administrator. Hope it helps ;)

Well he's definitely the administrator of the computer.  I run it on 7 with no problems, but it's good to know it's not a Vista issue.

I have the same problem, sort of, although I´m on Windows 7. I run "Install LoTR.bat", a window opens and it starts to download. But when it´s finished I can´t find Lotr.bat(or exe). Tried to run as Administrator, but that didn´t help.

I finally got the install to work by editing the security properties of the "Install Lotr.bat". Now I have another problem: when I run Lotr.bat I get: "I/0 exception at Localization::ReadDirectory(const string&): unable to open './lib/dictionary.client'."
