Title: Dunlending Elder

Card text says "While you control 2 sites, this minion is strength +5, fierce and damage +1."

Does this mean while you control 2 sites or more? Or is it while you control exactly 2 sites? If I control 3 sites, I do control 2 sites as well.

It works when you control two sites or more.
