Yeah, that' s right. I was looking at ebay some card prices and I saw Thorongil = $15,00, She-Elf = $15,00 so this came to my mind.

The rule is: Create a PLAYABLE deck with the highest cost.

I will figure that the Shadow side may very well be my foiled [Moria] deck.

Good call!  However, with the cost of some of the exclusive cards from 15--18. . . YOWZAH!

Oh yeah... I have an elf deck with 3x Gil-galad, HKotN, 1x Glorfindel, EL, 2x Galadriel's Silver Ewer, 1x Celebring, Elven Smith... kind of expensive nowadays lol
