Title: Selling my Lord of the Rings TCG collection on Ebay
Post by: lotrtcggeek on February 26, 2012, 08:52:16 AM
I don't really play the game anymore, so I have decided to sell my entire collection.  I have cards from Fellowship of the Ring through Siege of Gondor with a lot of rares!  Most of the cards are in Mint non-played condition with a few in NM or Excellent condition.  These cards would be a great addition to anyone's collection.  Here is a link to the ebay auction:

Honestly, the most you'd get for these is probably $50.  You will not get anywhere near $400.  The game just doesn't have that kind of resale value for its early sets.

its always sad to dissapoint people when it comes to values, but zurcamos is right... just looking over your listing... youd be hard pressed to get anything over $50 for that. Unless you can find people wanting to buy the rares individually. Then you might make a little more.

One of the people in my playgroup got like 400 c/uc from Hunters, RoS, and T&D for like 20 bucks on ebay, just to give you some perspective on pricing, although it was probably a really good deal for him.
