Title: Dwarven cards to remove burdens
Post by: h4x0r on March 26, 2012, 08:40:00 AM
Been looking around, but haven't seen any...maybe I'm just missing them all somehow? Do they exist?

protip:  You can use google with the database to narrow that down (https://www.google.com/search?btnG=1&pws=0&q=site%3Alotrtcgdb.com+dwarven+burden+-lotrtcgdb.com%2Fforums+-lotrtcgdb.com%2Fcommunity) (I'd advise the search option within the db itself but that seems to have been nuked somehow).

Thanks, TelTura...actually already tried that on the site's db search (the search off the front page isn't handled by Google atm, for whatever reason, but the subsearch field located on each individual card page does work), and didn't find anything.  I tried searching using various combinations of search strings, but still didn't produce any results...just figured I would check here to see if there was anyone more familiar with Dwarven deck mechanics/combos who could give some insight.

Yeah, if you're worried about burdens you have basically two options: Splash [Gandalf] or [Shire] cards in your deck, or just load Gimli up with gear and play Proud and Able.

That's insane.  you could easily get damage +10 with that right there.  I can just imagine this slow-motion dwarf moving forward clumsily, pulls out his axe, takes a hit on the shoulder, braces forward, and nudges his weapon into the opponent.  Cue regular motion, cut to the orc flying half a mile away and splattering like a pod racer into a mist of orange goo.
