So that's what I have. I'm looking for advice on how to make the free side cycle better (I can't get my hands on any Simbelmyne). e I'm also looking for a good shadow side. Fewer rares, the better, my card pool is still pretty small.

Doom Drove Them is only helpful with Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien.
Morning Came might be the worst [Rohan] pump (and there are not many good ones). An Honorable Charge might be better.
You need more companions. No one would argue that Hrethel is a great [Rohan] companion...he could replace a Riding Armor and the other Riding Armor could be replaced with another Rider's Mount.
But [Rohan] is definitely the kind of deck that works best with four copies of Simbelmyne. Gamling, Warrior of Rohan is nearly essential for cycling and can be great for initiative plays such as A Light In His Mind.
I prefer Rohirrim Bow to Rohirrim Javelin if you have enough healing in the deck.
A copy of The Tale of the Great Ring wouldn't hurt, either.
Where is Fortress Never Fallen? Arrow-Slits?

And that is why I asked for advice :) Completely missed all the really important stuff. Though I've never really seen the point of Arrow Slits

Arrow-Slits is key against a Raider Bow on Castamir or an Easterling Polearm or, best yet, against a loaded Grond, Hammer of the Underworld.

Valid point.

The one piece of advice that I would give for cycling (and I apologize that it's general) is that without Symbelmine (spelling..), you will be better off getting the card count into the low 30s. I did a quick count and I think I got ~39. I will have to think a little longer about which cards I would suggest cutting, but I find that things always go more smoothly with fewer cards.
The other alternative is to pair with a shadow that is good at cycling, which will help get your hand moving.
