Sure! He should ;) It is always better to do that, as there is a big market in Europe for TCGs/CCGs. All vendors only selling to US customers get a much, much lower price. Sure, less customers available...but how hard can it be to sell and send international...

Yeah. So I do not understand why not making them more available and getting a better price...

Shipping internationally can be a huge pain in the #$&*@!, not to mention cost, not just of shipping but making sure customs doesn't screw you.  Some people prefer to just say "no international" rather than picking and choosing.  Sure, you might get a better deal out of your sales, but eventually you might end up paying for it when one of your shipments get confiscated or whatever.

A few dollars more in shipping, paid by the customer. No idea what countries that got customs that confiscate small shipments with cards. I will not speculate in what countries, if this is relevant?? Some times you have to pay for cards before you receive them after customs, if they have a certain value set on the envelope by the vendor. More than $40 in Norway including the postage. Then it is about 20% of the total value. This will be paid by the customer after the vendor got his payment after all, if this happen. Who will be screwed? Should be no reason to tell what the cards got sold for on eBay when sending singles, set the value low and send no invoice. It is a secondary market after all, and if you are a private person, it can not be tracked to a business either. It is not that many cards that are listed on eBay from this vendor at the moment. It will be small shipment between one person to another. I have had several hundred shipments if not over a thousand sent to me, from all over the world to Norway during the last 15 years or so. No problems. I shall not speak for other countries again, as I do not know, rather finding in peculiar that it will not go well in most cases. But anyone is free to choose what to do ;)
