What are some of the better chock decks in expanded? I know of a few such as solo Smeagol, Aragorn WTG, and Frodo/Gandalf. Are there any other great choke decks in expanded?

Galadriel, elladan, elrohir, glimpse of fate and a whole bunch of skirmish events
-
Solo Sam with Allys + Home and hearth and tgr works, until you get to cavern entrance

man I hate that combo. So hard to break.

Can't think of much, but solo Smeagol that I've seen working... Ofc you can always play horn as a kind of a choke, that will only add twilight on site 2.

Speaking of the horn deck. How exactly does it work? I've heard of it and from what I know it cycles out part of your deck.

For the Horn Deck you need:
- starting fellowship containing Gamling, DotH, any version of Smeagol, two Hobbits (ring-bearer and either Pippin, HoSI or Pippin, WoBaS), one more [Rohan] Man (Aldred, ES is good for this).
- draw deck with 1x Erkenbrand's Horn, 1x Something Slimy, 1x New Chapter, 1x Gamling's Horn, all other cards must be followers, including Deagol, FF.
You bid high enough to start. Use Dammed Gate-stream to play Something Slimy which plays New Chapter. Use Gamling to get Horn. Use Horn to play all followers (with New Chapter healing Gamling all the time). This way you play every FP card in your deck (except Gamling's Horn, which you play right at the start of the game, leaving you with 100% shadow draw deck for the whole game. Transfer Erkenbrand's Horn to Aldred. At the start of maneuver phase, transfer Deagol to Gamling to get Gamling's Horn during a skirmish. Now you have lots of pumps available to survive minions played by opponent (you have just flooded the pool) so you should survive site 2.

Your second Hobbit should be Merry, Swordthain to bring back your Horns in case they get discarded. This fellowship is very weak without those Horn pumps, so you need insurance to get them back.
