The wiki we're using changes the name of all pages to lowercase and doesn't allow spaces, special characters, etc. However, it does have a nice function to use the first header in a page as its title. The headers start with lots of ='s, like so:

Please make sure to set a starting header (5 ='s looks pretty good) for each new page you create. Also, do not remove the first header from the card pages as it squashes the template a bit.
