Title: New User Can't Register

I got a note from a guy on Twitter @JeremyAvalon by the name of Dylan Baker that he is trying to get onto the site but that the forum isn't sending activation emails.  Does someone want to look into that.

Sadly, there was/is a bug in my system and the forums stopped sending emails. I know it has been a long time... any chance he's still interested? I've manually activated all users who tried to register this year and changed the settings to allow immediate registration.
