Title: Elf condition that starts w/ a token, but doesn't require spotting an elf?

Is there an elf condition that starts w/ a token, but doesn't require spotting an elf to play it? I know there's a few Gondor and Shire conditions that start with a token (or more than one), which don't require spotting that culture. Is there an Elf one? Brain storming a strategy.
