Correct me if I'm wrong, but Future Sight is like Coldsnap in that it sticks around.

You're wrong. Future Sight is part of the Time Spiral block, while Coldsnap was a "bonus" expansion, so the whole Time Spiral block (Time Spiral, Planar Chaos and Future Sight), PLUS Coldsnap, will rotate out when Shards of Alara becomes legal.
