I'd stick with 20 lands, play 4 Shocks and 4 Shard Volleys, lose the Hellkites, play some Tarfires and some Empty the Warrens. THe "dragon" package ends up taking a lot of space and not being that great.

Point taken. But how on earth do you plan on dealing 7 damage?!?

I do it frequently. Combo for storming, drop Grapeshot and not that tough. Especially with Swath. Which, if it doesn't finish them, allows you to play Knoll's ability.

I do it frequently. Grapeshot storm, then if that doesn't finish them, the D-storm under the Knoll will.
