Title: how are cheaters detected?

I was looking over the ranks for the second serie of movie sealed and i noticed that ellesar had 5 games and 5 wins with an opponent win percentage of 0.00% i looked over the winless players and found exactly 5 with 1 game 1 loss.

i am in no way accusing ellesar of cheating, but it did get me thinking, how would cheaters be detected in GEMP leagues?

I played Ellesar. He is not cheating as far as i can tell. We had a really close game.
